PRIVATE PREVIEW · VERSION 2026-10-11

Terms of use

The rules for working together.

Effective and last updated: 11 October 2026

The short version

Use Relay for authorized work. Protect credentials and confidential data. Review AI output before shipping. The room owner makes the final acceptance decision; participant feedback is advisory.

1. Scope and operator

Relay is Figureit’s private-preview tool for coordinating coding agents, workspaces and shared conversations. It is operated by Figureit Ltd., company registration 517093555, 58 Ha’Rakevet St., Tel Aviv-Yafo. Contact admin@figureit.ai.

These Relay-specific terms supplement the Figureit Terms of Use. Any applicable signed service agreement takes precedence. These terms clarify the use of Relay features; they do not expand access to another organization’s repositories, credentials or data. By using Relay, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and authorized collaboration

Registration currently requires a verified @figureit.ai email. Room access requires membership or an invitation tied to your email. An external access request is not an account or an access grant. Keep your account personal and protect its sign-in codes and tokens.

You must have permission to submit each repository, brief, file and instruction to Relay, its invited participants and the selected AI provider. Use only the documented roles and workflows. Do not bypass permissions, usage limits or execution locks, introduce malicious content, or use the service unlawfully.

3. Owners, participants and execution hosts

The room owner controls plan approval and acceptance. Participants may discuss and review within their assigned role. Their responses inform the owner but are not a voting requirement: the owner may accept verified work even if participants have not responded or requested changes. Responses remain in the saved review record.

Only the selected execution host runs work for a shared room. The host uses its own configured accounts, permissions, dependencies and computing resources. A host transfer requires the receiving participant’s acceptance and the workspace transfer process.

Selecting PR delivery when approving a plan authorizes Relay to commit and push the reviewed task branches and open or update GitHub PRs using the execution laptop’s gh account. PRs include an “Opened by Relay” note and review details. PR bodies and code become visible according to the destination repository’s visibility and access controls. Relay’s acceptance action records a decision; it does not execute a Git merge or deployment. Separate GitHub permissions, branch protections and release procedures still apply. Approval inside Relay is not permission to bypass them.

4. AI output and your review

Generated code, plans, tests, summaries and review findings can be incomplete, incorrect or insecure. A passing automated review is evidence of the checks recorded, not a security certification or a guarantee that the feature works in every environment. You remain responsible for deciding whether to use, publish, merge or deploy the result. See Usage & AI limitations.

5. Content and provider services

Using Relay does not transfer ownership of your repository or task content to another room participant. Existing employment agreements, repository licenses and applicable service agreements continue to govern ownership and use. You authorize processing and sharing needed for the features you choose, including task execution, collaboration and workspace transfer, subject to the Privacy notice.

AI providers, GitHub and other connected services have their own terms. Your subscription or API configuration determines the applicable provider terms, retention settings and charges. Relay does not change those agreements or automatically disable data-sharing settings.

6. Usage and costs

Local CLI execution consumes the host’s provider allowances. Managed execution uses separately billed API usage. Retries, review and repair can consume additional usage. Displayed usage and budget figures may be delayed or unavailable and are not a billing guarantee. A three-attempt implementation limit does not cap all tokens, review runs or spending. Get authorization from the relevant account owner before incurring charges.

7. Preview availability and liability

Relay is provided as a preview on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to any express commitments in your service agreement. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete isolation, error-free output or suitability for a particular project. Keep independent backups and retain normal testing and release controls.

The warranty exclusions and liability provisions in the Figureit Terms of Use and your applicable service agreement apply. Nothing in these Relay terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Access changes and contact

Figureit may restrict access to address misuse, security risks or preview changes, subject to applicable agreements and law. Removing a participant cannot retract copies already obtained. Stopping use does not automatically delete local work, shared records or provider-held data; contact us for assistance.

Material changes will be identified with an updated date and communicated through the service or account contact before taking effect where required. For support, privacy requests or security concerns, contact admin@figureit.ai. The governing-law and dispute provisions of the Figureit Terms of Use remain applicable.
